ORION TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL COMPLEX GROUNDBREAKING
Orion Township, MI (September 21, 2020) Orion Township will be breaking ground on its new municipal complex on Monday, September 21, 2020. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this event.
Light refreshments will be available starting at 4:30 p.m., with the ceremony to follow at 5:00 p.m. Parking will be available at Canterbury Village, 2359 Joslyn Ct, Orion Charter Township, MI 48360, with Oakland County Deputies available to assist with crossing Jolsyn Road to the Municipal Complex site.
Orion Township Supervisor Chris Barnett and the Township Trustees are excited to extend this invitation to the community, so we may celebrate together the beginning of the construction of the new Municipal Complex, following over 20 years of studies and evaluating the needs of the Township; a complex which will serve generations of Orion Township residents’ municipal, public safety, and recreation needs.
